What You’ll Do
Explore the hidden beaches and marine life of southern Tenerife from Caleta de Adeje. This Stand Up Paddle (SUP) trip takes you into protected natural areas and secret coves, combining paddling and snorkelling for a full-on ocean adventure!
The activity is divided into 3 parts:
- Equipment handout: SUP board, paddle, life jacket, and safety briefing.
- ♀️ Practice session: Basic paddle surf techniques in calm waters.
- Main tour: Paddle to beautiful volcanic coves, snorkel in crystal waters, and enjoy the best of Tenerife’s coastal landscape.
Route Options (Depending on Group Level)
- Basic: Perfect for beginners – includes snorkelling practice and a short paddle to Los Morteros beach.
- ⚙️ Intermediate: For those with SUP experience – extends to Diego Hernandez beach.
- Advanced: For seasoned paddlers – paddle to Puertito de Adeje, a traditional fishing village.
Important Information
- Minimum age: 7 years
- Departures: Daily at 8:00 AM, 10:30 AM, and 7:30 PM
- Pick-up in South Tenerife area (15 minutes before). Requires minimum 2 people. Confirm upon booking.
